Q: Who writes the books?
A: Both Motor Age Training and Mitchell 1 use ASE certified master technicians to write the study guides.
Q: How often are the books updated?
A: The books are revised and updated in correlation with the changing ASE task lists for each subject. The updated task lists are provided to us by ASE immediately after they are updated by ASE. If a change occurs after a study guide has been published an insert is added to the guide which contains all the changes and/or additions to the study guide.

A: The Motor Age Training ASE Study Guides are not currently available on video or audiotape.

Q: How do the Motor Age Training ASE Study Guides differ from Mitchell 1?

The Mitchell1 books offer less detailed subject matter, however, they offer a larger number of sample test questions.
